Central to the scheme was a green space area, together with a new playground. 19 of the homes were sold on the open market, with the remainder through Stonewater's shared ownership and affordable rent schemes.

Moggerhanger, Bedfordshire
Living Space and affordable housing provider Hightown Housing Association acquired a 3.6-acre residential site, opposite the historic park and gardens of Moggerhanger Park in Central Bedfordshire.
The site, located off Bedford Road (A603) and Park Road, delivered 36 high-quality homes and was obtained by Living Space’s sister company Terra Strategic. Work on-site began in October 2020 and completed in the summer of 2022. 33 of the homes were for affordable rent and to buy through Hightown’s shared ownership scheme. Living Space sold the three remaining four-bedroom executive homes to the open market.

Milcombe, Oxfordshire
Living Space and Housing Provider Paradigm secured a 3.5-acre site off Oak Farm Drive, in the Oxfordshire village of Milcombe. The £10m scheme delivered 40 homes for affordable rent and shared ownership. All homes were fitted with eco-friendly air source heat pumps, to provide the residents with sustainable heating technology.
The accommodation mix for the Oak Farm Drive development comprised of nine one-bedroom properties, 14 two-bedroom homes, 14 three-bedroom houses, and seven four-bedroom houses., with parking provision on site for residents and visitors. The site density was 38 dwellings per hectare, lower than typical densities for new affordable housing schemes.

Twenty-six homes were developed off Britannia Way for Accord Housing for affordable rent. The 1.3-acre brownfield site had a project development value in excess of £3.6 million.
Living Space secured planning consent from Telford & Wrekin Council to develop the 14 two and three-bedroom houses and 12 one and two-bedroom apartments. Existing mature specimen trees were incorporated into the design layout of the scheme, ensuring the new homes have an enviable leafy setting.

This 5.4-acre development site has been transformed into an £8 million residential scheme. All 48 new homes were developed for affordable housing provider Stonewater, with Living Space having sourced the land, secured planning and constructed the scheme.
60 per cent of the homes were available for affordable rent, with the remainder available to buy through Stonewater’s shared ownership scheme.

Park Road was Living Space’s third development in Telford in quick succession, helping to address the Local Authority’s affordable housing needs. Together with The Wrekin Housing Group, we delivered 38 affordable homes in a contract worth over £6m, all of which were for affordable rent. The accommodation mix for the Park Road development comprised of four one-bedroom maisonettes, nine two-bedroom houses, twenty-one three-bedroom houses, two two-bedroom bungalows and two three-bedroom bungalows. Six of the homes were purpose-built for disabled residents.

Living Space secured the 6.3-acre site off Majestic Way in Telford from Homes England, with the disposal managed by Telford & Wrekin Council, as part of the Telford Land Deal. Living Space also secured Full Planning consent and delivered the construction contract in its entirety. The £7m scheme was developed on behalf of The Wrekin Housing Group,
The accommodation mix for the Majestic Way development comprised of 19 two-bedroom houses, 18 three-bedroom houses, and two two-bedroom bungalows. Constructed in red brick, with feature render plots, all 39 homes have designated parking provision. The scheme has provided a significant amount of Public Open Space, a SUDS attenuation feature, and a new footpath to The Iron Bridge Way.
