Husum Way

Living Space has finalised the land deal of this 2.1 Ha (5.2-acre) site off Husum Way, on the outskirts of Kidderminster, Worcestershire. The 48 homes are being delivered to housing provider Community Housing, 26 of which are for shared ownership, 14 for affordable rent and 8 for social rent. The scheme will feature a mix of two to four-bedroom terraced and semi-detached houses and is our first project with Community Housing.
