Spennells Valley Road

This 5.4-acre development site has been transformed into an £8 million residential scheme. All 48 new homes were developed for affordable housing provider Stonewater, with Living Space having sourced the land, secured planning and constructed the scheme.

60 per cent of the homes were available for affordable rent, with the remainder available to buy through Stonewater’s shared ownership scheme.
