Park Road

Park Road was Living Space’s third development in Telford in quick succession, helping to address the Local Authority’s affordable housing needs. Together with The Wrekin Housing Group, we delivered 38 affordable homes in a contract worth over £6m, all of which were for affordable rent. The accommodation mix for the Park Road development comprised of four one-bedroom maisonettes, nine two-bedroom houses, twenty-one three-bedroom houses, two two-bedroom bungalows and two three-bedroom bungalows. Six of the homes were purpose-built for disabled residents.
