Bedford Road 2

Living Space has contracted to construct 57 affordable homes in Houghton Regis. The development is the second for Living Space in Central Bedfordshire and the first partnership with housing provider Amplius.

The accommodation mix comprises affordable rent and shared ownership homes ranging from one-bedroom flats, and two-, three- and four-bedroom houses. The plans have been generated in response to a range of factors including local demand, analysis of existing local housing stock, and affordable housing need.
