Melksham

Living Space has commenced construction at a gas-free affordable housing development featuring 50 homes on a 5.6-acre site. Located off Semington Road in Melksham, the development is being delivered for housing provider Sovereign.

The site will provide shared ownership and affordable homes, consisting of a mix of one-bedroom apartments and two-, three-, and four-bedroom family houses. The plans have been generated in response to a range of factors including local demand, analysis of existing local housing stock, and affordable housing need.
